THE PLOT:

Apocalypse Inc. moves into Tromaville and causes death and destruction, when they can't destroy the Toxic Avenger they lure him to Japan in a quest to find his long lost Father, while the cat's away the rats will play.

Can Toxie discover the truth to return in time to save Tromaville from the forces of Apocalypse Inc.?

ZEDD'S OPINION:

There are some elements I like about this series and some elements I don't. Some of the elements is they get too silly sometimes and some of the gore and violence seemed tacked on to me, like it only slows the story down. But the second movie works, so I give 7 STARS

VOLTRON'S OPINION:

I concur with Zedd, some of the gore and violence seemed unnecessary to me. Plus, some of the acting and dialog was like the first one, a bit corny. 7 STARS as well.

ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):

+ EFFECTS (The effects are good.)
+ STORY (For the most part works.)
+ CHARACTERS (The characters are unique.)

ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):

- VIOLENCE AND GORE (Some seemed tacked on to me.)
- ACTING AND DIALOG (Was a tad corny.)

- FAN BASED (If you didn't like the first movie, then you will not like this one.)
